1. General Use

Ritten Xpressions Apparel & Design, LLC provides custom apparel, printed materials, personalized
items, and related products. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority
in your state or province of residence and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

 

2. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

• All orders require full payment or an approved deposit before processing.

• Orders will not be produced, customized, or shipped until payment requirements are met.

• Ritten Xpressions Apparel & Design, LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at
  our discretion.

• Prices, product availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

 

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

• Many of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for all custom orders.

• All mockups must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins.

• Once a mockup is approved, the order is considered final.

• Errors identified after mockup approval, including spelling, dates, names, colors, or layout selections,
  are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Deposits for Custom & Personalized Orders

• Customized and personalized orders require a non-refundable deposit.

• The deposit amount is $30 or 25% of the total order, whichever is greater.

• Deposits secure your order and cover design time, mockup creation, and production preparation.

• Orders will not move into production until the required deposit or full payment is received.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, even if the order is canceled by the customer.

• The remaining balance must be paid before production or shipment, as communicated at the time
  of ordering.

• Failure to submit the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe may result in order
  cancellation without refund of the deposit.

 

5. Returns & Refund Policy

All purchases made through Ritten Xpressions Apparel & Design, LLC are subject to our Refund Policy,
which explains eligibility for refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

 

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Refund Policy.

 

6. Product Colors & Appearance

• Product images are displayed as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary.

• Due to differences in screen displays, lighting, materials, fabric types, and printing processes, exact
  color matching is not guaranteed.

• Minor variations in color, texture, or placement are normal and are not considered defects.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Ritten Xpressions Apparel & Design, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers,
  weather conditions, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility passes to the customer.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, text, graphics, and content on this website are the property of Ritten
Xpressions Apparel & Design, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use,
reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law,
Ritten Xpressions Apparel & Design, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Ritten Xpressions Apparel & Design, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms &
Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ritten Xpressions
